Common questions

I can’t sign in

Accounts are created by your administrator — there is no public sign-up. Check that you are using your registered email. If your password is wrong, use “Forgot password” or ask your administrator to reset it. If your account has been deactivated, sign-in will fail; contact your manager.

Punch in / punch out is failing

The App needs a location fix and a selfie to record a punch. Make sure location and camera permissions are allowed, that location services are on at the device level, and that you have a network connection. Indoors or in a basement a GPS fix can take up to a minute.

Why does the App need background location?

While you are punched in, the App records your location roughly every five minutes so attendance and live tracking work for the duration of your shift. It stops the moment you punch out and collects nothing outside an active shift. On iOS, set Location Access to “Always” for tracking to continue while the App is in the background; on Android a “Tracking attendance” notification is shown the whole time.

My location or address looks wrong

Accuracy depends on GPS signal and battery-saver settings. Turn battery saver off, allow precise location, and stand near a window or outdoors. If a recorded punch is wrong, raise an attendance correction request from the Attendance screen for your manager to approve.

My expense or leave request is still pending

Submissions go to your manager for approval. Approval and rejection comments appear in the Notifications screen. If nothing has moved for several days, contact your manager first, then us.

The barcode scanner won’t read a serial

Allow camera access, clean the lens, and hold steady 10–15 cm from the label in good light. If the code is damaged, report the serial manually by email.

How do I export or delete my data?

Write to contact@agelessdigital.com from your registered email. We fulfil export, correction and deletion requests within 30 days, subject to statutory retention. See the Privacy Policy for details.
