These terms govern your use of the Ageless Digital mobile application. By installing or signing in to the App you agree to them.
The Ageless Digital App is an internal business tool. It is licensed only to current employees, contractors and authorised partners of Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd who have been issued an account by an administrator. There is no public sign-up. You must be 18 or over.
Subject to these terms, Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for the sole purpose of performing your work duties. This licence ends automatically when your engagement with the company ends or when your account is deactivated.

Misuse may result in suspension of your account and disciplinary action under your employment terms.
Attendance features depend on location. When you punch in, the App collects your location in the background at approximately five-minute intervals until you punch out. It does not collect location outside an active shift. By punching in you consent to this collection. You may withdraw consent at any time in your device settings, but the attendance features will stop working. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Data you enter or capture in the App in the course of your work — attendance records, selfies, expense bills, sales-form entries, barcode scans, tasks and leave requests — is company business data and remains the property of Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd. You confirm that everything you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature, or take the service down for maintenance, without notice. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GPS readings will be accurate in every environment.
You are responsible for your device, its operating-system version, and any mobile data, roaming or battery costs incurred by using the App, including during background location tracking.
The App, its name, logo, design and all software are owned by Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including on the end of your engagement or on breach of these terms. On termination you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use is also subject to their terms. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement, are not responsible for the App, and have no obligation to provide support for it. Apple’s minimum EULA terms apply to the extent required for App Store distribution.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective date” above, and continued use of the App after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
