Ageless Digital (“the App”) is an internal workforce-management application used by authorised employees of Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd and its partners. This policy describes the data the App collects and how it is used.
This policy applies to everyone who installs and uses the Ageless Digital mobile application on Android or iOS.
When you log in, the App stores your employee identifier and role on the device. Passwords are never stored on your device, and are never stored in plain text on our server — they are hashed and verified server-side.
The App records your device’s latitude, longitude and reverse-geocoded address at the moment you punch in or out, and periodically in the background — approximately every 5 minutes — for as long as you remain punched in. Background collection begins when you punch in and stops when you punch out. Location is used to confirm attendance and to provide live tracking during an active shift. No location data is collected outside an active shift. On Android, a persistent notification (“Tracking attendance”) is shown the whole time background location updates are active.
When you punch in or out, the App captures a selfie for attendance verification. When you submit or edit an expense, the App captures a photograph of the bill. These images are uploaded only to the authorised Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd server.
The App lets you attach photos from your device’s gallery to an expense submission. We only access the specific photos you pick.
The Serial Checker feature uses the device camera to scan barcodes on products. Scanned barcode values and the timestamp of each scan are sent to our server, recorded against your account, and visible to authorised administrators.
When you fill any assigned form (e.g. Dealer Sales), the dealer name, city, state, sale date and product quantities are submitted to our server. You may edit or delete your own submissions from within the App.
When you submit a leave request or expense, the form fields and any attached image are sent to our server for the approval workflow. Approval and rejection comments from your manager are visible to you in the App’s Notifications screen.
If you request an edit to a past attendance day, the App sends the target date, the existing punch times, your requested in/out times and the reason to your manager for approval.
Tasks assigned to you by an administrator are downloaded to the App. Your status changes (start / pause / complete) and any edits or deletions are sent back to the server.
During a punch event we record the current battery level, so managers understand location-accuracy limitations when battery is low.
We do not sell any data to third parties. Data is visible only to you, your designated manager(s) and authorised administrators within Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd.
All data is stored on Ageless Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd’s servers hosted at
agelessdigital.com (India). Photos are stored on the server and served only
over HTTPS. Local data on your device (session, cached lists, location-tracking flag) is
stored in app-private storage and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the App.
We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Submissions (attendance, expense, leave, form, task and serial-check records) are retained for the duration of your employment plus any period required by Indian labour or tax law. You may request deletion of your account data by writing to contact@agelessdigital.com.

Ageless Digital is an internal business tool and is not directed at users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You can revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking location or camera access will disable the affected features.
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the “Effective date” above and require you to accept the new version on your next sign-in. Continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.
